Sensitive "Special Category" Personal Data

At Halfmoon Festival, we do not actively process personal data that can be considered sensitive. However, certain information such as nationality, meal preferences, and special requests regarding injuries or disabilities may reveal sensitive data. Our customer service team is trained to handle this data with the utmost care and respect. Tickets containing sensitive data of this type will be flagged and deleted one year after the respective event.

Our products and services are not intended for minors, and individuals must be at least 18 years old to attend the Halfmoon Festival. We will never knowingly or intentionally collect personal data of minors.

In cases where minors intend to use our products and services, they must be supervised by the holder of parental responsibility over the child. Your personal data will be collected and processed by Halfmoon Festival under the legal bases mentioned below to fulfill the following purposes:

Based on the performance of the relevant contracts executed between you and Pacha; in particular:

  • To ensure your access, use, and enjoyment of the functions of the Website. The downloading, installation, browsing, and use of our Website are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

  • To respond to and manage requests for booking our services, including payment management. Please note that the reservation, booking, and enjoyment of our services are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

During the registration process for a Halfmoon Festival account, you will be asked for your consent for these purposes. Please note that your consent is not required for the operation of your Halfmoon Festival account.
